To be eligible for participation in Lounge to Boardroom, we are really looking for women who are 'change champions'. Those are ladies who have made an impact for the better either in the business they are in, their community, or their environment. In order to be eligible you need to be an inspiration to other women and people around you. They may be the quiet achievers, ordinary women that are doing extraordinary things.

We are specially looking for those ladies that are humble and don’t think they are anything special, but those around them can see they are super special. You don't need to be making squillions, but you do need to be profitable. You don't need to have staff, but you do need to demonstrate your role in any of the criteria below. You can also be in not for profit and demonstrate your impact on the community.

We are looking for women who:

• Have started a new business from the lounge and have made it a success.
• Have bought a sick, dying, failing business and turned it into a roaring success.
• Have made a positive impact on the business world dominated by men.
• Have introduced innovative, new, unorthodox systems or ideas that work.
• Have made a long term impact on the community.
• Have introduced innovation into the business landscape.
• Have taken risks
• Are an inspiration to those around them.

Specific Criteria

• Are a woman in business.
• In the business or held position for the past 2 years.
• Must be Profitable
• Business is based in your state where the book is being launched.
